The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer of Justice Vipul M Pancholi of Gujarat High Court to Patna High Court.

The 29th September 2022 decision of the collegium was published on the Supreme Court website today on 21.11.2022 after almost 2 months which reads as under:-

"The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 29th September, 2022 has recommended transfer of Mr. Justice Vipul Manubhai Pancholi, Judge, Gujarat High Court, to Patna High Court," the Collegium statement said.

Justice Pancholi was elevated as an additional judge of the Gujarat High Court 1st October 2014 and confirmed as permanent Judge on June 10, 2016.
