Today, the Supreme Court of India revealed the schedule for the Advocates-on-Record Examination. The forthcoming examination is slated to be held in New Delhi on June 10th, 11th, 14th, and 15th, 2024.
All advocates who have undergone continuous training for a period of one year, starting from the conclusion of the fourth year following their enrollment and ending on April 30, 2024, or who will complete their training before the commencement of the aforementioned examination, are eligible to participate in the said examination.
Applications must be submitted to the Secretary, Board of Examiners, no later than April 15, 2024. To assist candidates, a copy of the application form, along with instructions/guidelines for its submission, is included as Annexure-'A' in this notification. Alternatively, candidates may obtain a physical copy of the application form from the Secretary's office on any working day during business hours. It's important to note that no applications will be accepted after the deadline of April 15, 2024, after 5:00 p.m.
According to Regulation 12 of the Regulations concerning the Advocates-on-Record Examination, no requests for re-evaluation of answer sheets will be considered. Additionally, any application or representation seeking relief other than re-evaluation must be submitted within 30 days from the date of result declaration. Applications or representations beyond this period will not be entertained.
