When the Bar Council of India advocate Ardhendhumauli Kumar Prasad mentioned the case today before the Chief Justice of India for the listing of the SLP filed against the order of the Rajasthan High Court, The CJI directed the case to be listed tomorrow on 14th December 2022.

The case is listed tomorrow before the Bench of Justices MR Shah and CT Ravikumar for hearing. The Bar Council of India is going to press for the election process of the Bar Associations in the State of Rajasthan.

The Rajasthan High Court dismissed the special appeal of BCI on 06.12.2022. Earlier the Bar Council of India had stayed the election process in all the Bar Associations of the State of Rajasthan. The Single Bench had stayed the order of the Bar Council of India dated 03.10.2022.

The case is listed before Court no.5 as item no. 62.
