Bar Association Election: Advocate supporting loosing side kills clerk of newly elected President

When the supporters of newly elected Bar President along with the President of Srimadhopur Bar Association in Sikar District of Rajasthan were partying for their success in the election, one supporter advocate of the other side namely Satveer also reached there and started beating one advocate Ramjilal, all the supporter advocate started fighting with him. On this accused advocate Satveer rammed his Scorpio vehicle which hit the clerk of the newly elected President and he was injured. When he was taken to hospital, he died.

The incident took place on Friday the 10th March. The injured clerk died during the treatment at Jaipur. 

As per the police, the election of the Bar Association of Srimadhpur took place on Friday. There were two candidates for the post of President namely Dinesh Singh and Jalim Singh. Dinesh Singh was elected as President by a margin of 10 votes defeating Jalim Singh. After the declaration of the result, the supporters of Dinesh Singh were partying at a midway hotel Manwar near Ringas Town. The advocate supporting Jalim Singh namely Satveer Ghoslya also reached there. He telephoned one advocate Ramjilal and called him outside the midway and gave him beatings. Ramjilal sustained injuries and he sustained a fracture in his hand. seeing the fight between both of them, other advocates also came there and separated them. The advocates president present tried to make Satveer understand but he rammed his Scorpio on them. in this Nandkishore, clerk of the newly elected President was hit. both the injured were taken to hospital and Nandkishore was referred to Jaipur where he dies in the night at 3pm. Parcha Bayan of clerk were recorded and the police has started its investigation. Nandkishore was clerk of Dnesh Singh for lat 10 years

It is told that accused Advocate Satveer is absconding.
