Andhra Pradesh High Court Issues Strict Warning Against Disruptive Chats in Virtual Court Proceedings

Due to the significant disruption and interference caused to the judges during virtual mode court proceedings by unsolicited chats and dialogue, the Andhra Pradesh High Court has released a circular cautioning those responsible. The circular emphasizes that individuals engaging in such behavior will face appropriate legal action.

The circular read,

"It is brought to the notice of all the concerned that during the Virtual Mode Court Proceedings, Hon'ble Judges are experiencing interruptions by unknown persons with their unsolicited chats and dialogues.

Therefore, it is hereby informed that those who interrupt the Virtual Mode Court Proceedings with unsolicited chats and dialogues, would be liable for necessary action as per the procedure established by law."
