In furtherance to the consent of the President of India Ms. Draupadi Murmu, the 5 judges would take the oath of Supreme Court Judges on Monday the 06th February 2023. 

The swearing-in ceremony is scheduled at 10:30 AM at the Auditorium, Additional Building Complex, Supreme Court. 

Chief Justice of India Dr. DY Chandrachud would administer the oath to the following 5 judges on Monday:-

- Justice Pankaj Mithal;

- Justice Sanjay Karol;

- Justice PV Sanjay Kumar;

- Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah;

- Justice Manoj Misra.

As per the regular practice of the Supreme Court daily functioning would start at 11:30 am.
