3 AAG removed by Raj Govt for Supreme Court

The Rajasthan government seems to be in business 10 months after its coming into power and making various changes in government advocates statewide and also for representation before the Supreme Court.

After the recent appointment of AOR, Advocates and AAG, the Government of Rajasthan has removed 3 AAG before the Supreme Court.

Names of the Additional Advocate Generals who are removed are as under:-

  1. Padmalaxmi Ayangar
  2. Amithabh Kumar Chobey
  3. Pratik K. Chadda

Presently Shiv Mangal Sharma, Ms. Sanskrit Pathak and Padmesh Mishra are serving as AAG for the State of Rajasthan before the Supreme Court.

Yesterday son of the Law Minister of Rajasthan Manish Patel resigned as AAG who was appointed as AAG to represent the state Government before the Jodhpur Principal Bench.
